Terms of sale and licence
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of licences for the DTFForge software (“the Software”) on dtfforge.com, and its use. Placing an order means accepting these terms, which prevail over any other document.
2. Seller
Impression Sur Demande, French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU), share capital 1 000 €, 105 098 727 R.C.S. Saint-Pierre de la Réunion, registered office: 23 rue Montaigne, zone artisanale Trois Mares, 97430 Le Tampon, La Réunion, France. Contact: contact@dtfforge.com.
3. The Software
DTFForge is a plugin for Adobe Photoshop 2023 (version 24.2) or newer, on Windows or macOS. It requires a valid Adobe Photoshop licence, obtained separately by the buyer. It is made of modules:
- Checker: free;
- File preparation, Gang sheet builder, White underbase TIFF: sold separately or as a bundle (“DTF Pro bundle”);
- further modules may be offered later, sold separately.
The features of each module are described on the website. Buyers are invited to check them during the free trial.
4. Free trial
A 7-day free trial gives access to every module, with no payment method required. It is limited to one trial per computer and two computers per e-mail address. When the trial ends, only the Checker and purchased modules remain active.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros on the website: €49 per module, €119 for the DTF Pro bundle, as a one-time payment. Any taxes applicable in the buyer's country are calculated and displayed before the payment is confirmed. The seller may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed.
6. Order and payment
Orders are placed online, by card or another method offered, through the secure Stripe platform. The seller never has access to card data. The sale is concluded when the payment is confirmed. A receipt is sent to the e-mail address given at checkout.
7. Delivery
The licence key is shown immediately after payment and sent by e-mail. The Software is downloaded from the Download page. If the key does not appear, the buyer contacts the seller with the receipt.
8. Licence
- The seller grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use with no time limit, for the purchased modules.
- One licence allows use of the Software on two computers at the same time (more if several copies are purchased). The buyer can release a computer from within the Software to activate another one.
- Activation requires an internet connection; the Software then checks the licence at least once every 30 days.
- The following are prohibited: reselling, renting, sub-licensing or sharing the key; circumventing the licence system; decompiling or modifying the Software, except where permitted by law.
- In case of breach, the seller may deactivate the key, without refund.
9. Updates
Every update of version 1 of the Software is included in the price. Any new major version (version 2 or later) may be offered to licence holders at a preferential price; the version already acquired keeps working.
10. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The 7-day free trial allows the Software to be tested before any purchase. Consequently, no refund is granted after purchase, except under the statutory warranties (section 11).
Consumer buyers: the Software is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, by confirming the order the buyer requests immediate performance of the contract, as soon as the key is delivered, and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal. This consent is collected at checkout.
Business buyers: no right of withdrawal applies.
11. Warranties
Consumer buyers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty for digital content provided by the French Consumer Code. In case of a defect, they contact the seller, who brings the Software into conformity or, failing that, issues a refund.
Business buyers: the Software is provided as is, in accordance with its description. The seller undertakes to fix, within a reasonable time, blocking issues reported to it.
12. Liability
The buyer remains responsible for checking files before printing. Towards business buyers, the seller's liability is limited to the price paid for the licence and excludes indirect damage (loss of production, film, ink, revenue or data). These limits do not apply in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor towards consumers to the extent the law forbids them.

14. Complaints
Any complaint should be sent to contact@dtfforge.com. The seller undertakes to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. For disputes with business buyers, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent court for the seller's registered office (Saint-Pierre, Réunion Island). Consumer buyers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or those of the seller.
